Common questions

The app says “Nothing in range”. The opener is out of Bluetooth range, or it has no power. Move closer to the garage and check that Bluetooth is on.

How do I pair an opener? Pairing is done at the garage: hold the button on the opener until its pairing window opens, then add it in the app. The app cannot pair from a distance, by design.

Can someone else open my door too? Yes, if you share the opener with them as a QR code from the app. Treat that code like a house key.

Siri does not open the door from a locked phone. Check that Allow Siri When Locked is on in Settings, under Siri, and that you are within Bluetooth range of the opener.
